Shipping policy

Thread Essential offers two shipping options – standard and express. Different methods may be
available depending on the item(s) you purchase and the shipping location. You can choose
how you would like your item(s) shipped at checkout. Shipping costs are based on your chosen
method, order value, and location. Your total shipping charges will automatically be calculated
during checkout before completing your order.


We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before applicable taxes) within
Canada (excluding the Territories: Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut) and within the 48 contiguous
United States*

All orders are shipped from our facility in Vaughan, Ontario.

**Please note Express shipping may not be available in certain areas.
**These shipping rates do not apply to shipments to the Territories (Nunavut, Northwest
Territories & Yukon). A flat rate of $19.95 is applicable for standard shipping to Nunavut,
Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer shipping to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Standard Shipping
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Standard shipped items typically arrive in 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays). Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations.

Express Shipping
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Express shipped orders successfully authorized before 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will arrive in 2-5 business days. Please
allow up to 7 business days for shipments to certain remote locations.
Express shipping may not be available in certain locations.

Shipments are made using our preferred carriers, Canada Post or USPS.
We regret that we cannot accept or ship international orders at this time.

Shipping Policy
Thread Essential depends on its’ delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your
merchandise. However, unforeseen delays, such as inclement weather, may compromise this.
Thread Essential is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur due to poor weather
conditions, parcel volume and labour disputes. Our selected carriers within Canada and the
USA deliver on business days only, excluding holidays.

Please note we may ship your order in several packages so you can get your items more
quickly. Your items will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse located in Brampton, Ontario.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email with
tracking information for each item that will ship separately.

Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on
the link to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. Your tracking number
may take 24 hours to be available on our carrier's site.

Please note that we may ship your order in multiple packages so that you receive your items
quickly. You may be given more than one tracking number; depending on when each shipment
leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment
confirmation emails.
